Job Title: Guest Services Manager (Part -Time)

Reports to: Guest Services Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Services Ambassador to create exceptional experiences for our hotel guests. This role serves as a key point of contact for visitors by providing warm welcomes, assisting with guest requests, and ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their stay
• Assist with check-in/check-out support and lobby guest services
• Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and transportation
• Handle phone calls, reservations inquiries, and guest communications professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest service areas
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest needs
• Support special events, VIP arrivals, and guest engagement initiatives
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel’s hospitality standards
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or hotel experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer and phone system skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
